He provides general neurosurgical care, including surgery for brain tumors and normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), alongside comprehensive treatment for the full range of spine conditions, with expertise in minimally invasive spine and deformity surgery.

Dr. Kabangu is trained in robotic-assisted and endoscopic spine techniques and brings extensive experience in outpatient, same day procedures that let patients heal at home instead of in a hospital bed.

He also draws on modern, data-informed surgical planning tools to sharpen precision and reduce risk – always in service of one goal: getting patients back to the people and activities they love as safely and quickly as possible. That combination of technical skill, genuine attentiveness, and a relentless focus on outcomes is what patients and referring providers alike have come to expect from Dr. Kabangu.
